This painting was done with acrylic paints specifically designed to flow through the airbrush. The painting was done on ultra smooth canvas with my airbrush and was inspired the beautiful setting near Charlston, SC and by my photograph of this beautiful heron that was just hanging out along the board walk of Shem Creek at Mount Pleasant, SC. He was quite used to getting a lot of attention because he posed for quite some time.
